Cleaning
Maintaining a sparkling rental is crucial to guest satisfaction. Therefore, we professionally clean our rentals with care and attention to detail as if they were our own.
Includes:
Professional in-house cleaning to maintain cost-effective turns for our clients
Restocking unit amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, soap, shampoo/conditioner (included supplies outlined in your management agreement)
Maintenance
Our in-house maintenance works quickly to repair any issues that may come up with your rental. If we are unable to remedy the issue in-house, we contact and coordinate repairs with a trusted professional.
Includes:
Handling guest concerns and coordinating prompt repairs
General maintenance (covered by in-house team, as availability allows)
Contracting out to trusted professionals and coordinating repairs for issues beyond our scope of expertise
Routine property inspections and reporting of unit condition
Design & Staging
We understand that design and staging may very well be one of the most important components of a successful short term rental. Let us bring your vision to life.

Consultation to determine budget, style, and goals
Itemized report complete with pricing and purchase breakdown
Ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings - striving for the perfect balance of quality and within the means of agreed upon budget
